Experience
Since 1984, Greg has advised clients regarding corporate restructuring, financing and acquisitions. He has represented clients in major commercial litigation involving corporate collapses, breaches of directors’ duties and joint ventures. Greg acts for national and international companies, particularly in the resources sector, insolvency practitioners, financiers and small to medium business owners. He has been recommended in the fields of insolvency and commercial litigation in publications such as Doyle’s Guide and Asia Law.
Greg’s recent experience includes:
- advising international companies on establishing Australian subsidiaries and acquiring operational assets;
- negotiating and drafting joint venture documents in the resources sector;
- representing company directors in major litigation involving managed investment schemes;
- representing companies and directors in competition law litigation;
- representing clients in commissions of inquiry and court examinations.
