Our Probity and Procurement team has extensive experience acting as probity advisors or auditors. In those roles, we promote and drive improved procurement defensibility, ensuring integrity and achieving greater efficiency in procurement projects. We work with our partners to achieve high-quality, cost-effective solutions of maximum commercial value. Our team has extensive experience in implementing and developing procurement programs, preparing probity reports, providing general probity advice, preparing probity and evaluation plans, advising on compliance with Queensland Procurement Policy requirements and managing major government and corporate project implementations, including those delivered under ECI procurement and contracting models.  Our team has carried out these services across a number of industry projects, and has played a key advisory role in the following projects:

• Multiple large-scale infrastructure-upgrade projects.
• Contract renewals of large-scale transportation services.
• Implementation of modernised medical information systems.
